Delivery & Returns

Delivery:

Our stocked products are normally delivered in 1-3 working days and can require simple self-assembly (depending on the product ordered).

Delivery times are displayed within the details of each product.

Returns:

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a hassle-free returns policy.

Return Period:

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return any unused and undamaged items. These will need to be returned in a new condition in the original packaging. The return of unwanted items is at the customer's cost.

How to Return:

Contact our customer service team at sales@chillistore.co.uk to initiate your return.
Pack the items securely, including your order number and the reason for return.
We will arrange collection and contact you with details.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return, we will process it within 2-5 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Any delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges:

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our team and we will guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We’ll arrange for a replacement part, full replacement or full refund. For faulty items, please refer to the warrantee period applicable to the item. Please contact us for any information regarding this.
